Allison Clark
Owner/Head Baker
Owner & Head Mallow Maker
The owner and head marshmallow maker, Allison, grew up in Vermont and has been baking since she was a child. She has always had a love and passion for the sweeter things. In 2014 she began her journey as a professional baker. Working in small bakeries to fine dining kitchens, creating classic French desserts and traditional comfort treats. After moving to Colorado in 2019, she continued her passion for pastries and desserts. She opened Crystal River Bakehouse in 2023 with a desire to provide quality, delicious, and unique items to the valley and beyond.
